New Boilers Increase Energy Savings for Holt School District


The Holt School District in Michigan has already saved some $557,000 thanks to a new energy efficient system, says Millenium Principal Vytau Virskus. The school district implemented a $4 million project, which included the installation of energy efficient lighting, the replacement of a 160-ton chiller, low-loss window replacements, and upgrades to the heating and water systems.

Millenium worked with the school district to design the energy efficient system and guide the project from equipment selection to installation in 12 buildings, totaling 1.1 million square feet.
